With over 25 years of courtroom and trial experience, Bobby began his legal career as an intern with the Shawnee County District Attorney’s Office.  During that time, while still in law school, he successfully tried a misdemeanor and a felony jury trial.  He was additionally credited with having assisted in writing the brief for the State in State v. McBride, 24 Kan.App.2d 909, 955 P.2d 133 (1998).

 During law school Bobby was a Research Assistant and was additionally credited with providing assistance in writing a law review article for the William & Mary Law Review addressing securities litigation.

 Bobby has handled numerous cases before the Kansas Court of Appeals and has handled cases before the Kansas Supreme Court.  Including cases that helped shape Kansas domestic law with In re Marriage of Brin, 53 Kan.App.2d 704 (2000).

 Bobby has extensive courtroom and trial experience.  He worked for a former Fortune 500 aircraft company handling contract law, drafting and negotiations with business executives from all around the World.  He has handled insurance litigation, criminal defense and criminal prosecution.

 Currently Bobby devotes his practice to handling divorce, child custody and support, paternity and other domestic related law including guardianships and adoptions.  His knowledge and experience in these areas are extensive and have been established over numerous years of practice.

 Bobby has handled cases in numerous jurisdictions in the State of Kansas, ranging from both large to small, and believes he has developed a reputation of knowledge, preparedness, courtesy and respect with the various Courts in front of which he has practiced. 

 He believes the keys to success lay in not only knowledge and being prepared, but being able to adapt, to think quickly and have superior ability at working to solve the problems any of his Clients may be experiencing.  Coupled with a strong ability to effectively communicate, he enjoys working to bring success to even the most difficult and complex cases.

 Through his work Bobby has not only changed and shaped various areas of the law in Kansas, he believes he has also changed and shaped his cases and Clients in an endless effort to achieve success.
